Located in Seattle, Washington, The Mental
Health Chaplaincy assists with referrals, provides consultation, and gives presentations to foster understanding of mental
illness and the spiritual journey.
The
Society is primarily concerned with teaching, research, and publication in pastoral theology, and with the critical and imaginative
practice of pastoral care and counseling. They welcome all who have an academic or professional interest in pastoral theology
as a discipline regardless of religious affiliation or professional identity.
